They are defense breaker ( with a little of bomber is better but must have hyperdrive lvl.8 for they speed )

its an evolving process till you get BS's. then it will be all about BC's to take BS fleets down. dont forget your bombers too. destroyers are not so hot b/c they are slow and eat the hell out of some deut. pack quite a punch tho. death stars are awesome for sieges/moonkill/and fleetsaving. when i built my first set of death stars i had buyer's remorse. all that trouble. it was really just a status symbol for me. love your battleships. take good care of them.

I think you must get research going for Battlecruiser, fuel is not high and can take out Battleships

i dont have much defence yet,only 20 RL,13 LL,10 HL,1 IC,2 GC,and small dome, im gonna leave it like that for a while.

as a new player its good to ry everything and find out what you like best. some people love destroying people's hard earned ships like me. some people like researching super-level tech like lv 10 hyperdrive. it all depends.

ive tried all and they all got pro's and cons. if you want to be a fleeter, make sure you level your deuterium mines, many players dont since they suck so much energy in favor of metal mines which are cheap, low energy and well, make LOTS of metal. you need to be able to keep your ships moving because they are just as good as undefended resources to a strong raider. golden rule of fleeting: there is always a bigger badder fleet out there looking for you. if youre #1, a whole alliance is likely storm you, so it's never really safe here. just keep them moving.

too early to make battleships, they just eat so much fuel, but they are worth the price, especially en masse. i prefer cruisers because they are the fastest ship, leave smaller debris than BS, less fuel, auto fire against LF/Rockets, and theyre pretty cheap if you think about it. later in the game when you got 20 lev mines, making BS will be easy and they'll be your main weapon. for now and always, only make what you can support, if you cant, pretty much count it as a debris.

Im not an old player but I think it would be best to build a decent sized fleet of cruisers for now, the resources required to build the bigger ships are phenomenal – you need to do a lot of research to be able to build the battleship and then still spend 45K metal and 15k crystal just for one. Vs. the 15k metal and 7k crystal 2k fuel for the cruiser…basically it all boils down to how fast you gather resources.

As most of you know,i am pretty new to this game so i have to ask what the "older" players would recomend i should do now.
I have built my first Cruiser ,but should i keep building cruisers or should i use my resourcers to research more so i can build Battleships?
So,spit out alot of cruisers now or get my battleships faster?
